Company document translation and legalisation

Opening a branch, a bank account or bidding for a contract abroad? Your corporate documents must usually be translated and legalised.

We retrieve and certify documents from the Malta Business Registry — certificates of incorporation, certificates of good standing, memorandum and articles of association, registers of directors and shareholders — and translate them together with resolutions, contracts and financial statements. We then obtain the apostille or embassy legalisation required by the destination country.
